Hero Package

Want a lawn your neighbours envy? The Hero Package delivers. Designed for lawns struggling with weeds, Canada thistle, or just needing thicker grass.

  • 5 applications of liquid fertilizer and weed control (May, June, July, August, September).
  • Fertilizer includes micronutrients and is custom blended each month for optimal growth conditions.
  • Weed control works on broadleaf weeds above ground. New growth may emerge, so consistent care gives the best results.
  • We also treat unwanted broadleaf weeds in rock/mulch beds, sidewalk cracks, and gravel parking pads.

Defender Package

The Defender Package is ideal if you want the best value and don’t mind the occasional weed along the edges. Also perfect if you’re booking later in the season and want to catch up.

  • 3 applications of liquid fertilizer and weed control (May, July, September or adjusted for late bookings).
  • Fertilizer includes micronutrients and is custom blended each month for optimal growth conditions.
  • Weed control works on broadleaf weeds above ground. New growth may emerge, so consistent care gives the best results.
  • We also treat unwanted broadleaf weeds in rock/mulch beds, sidewalk cracks, and gravel parking pads.

Total Control Package

The Total Control Package is designed for non-turf areas where weeds and unwanted grass have taken over.

  • 3 Total Control Treatments (June, July, August) to control both weeds and grass.
  • Not to be used on your turf, this application will clean up your rock/mulch beds, sidewalk cracks and gravel parking pads of all unwanted vegetation including grass.
  • Total Control works on all unwanted vegetation above ground. New growth may emerge. Luckily, grasses re-establish themselves much slower than other broadleaf weeds. When badly overgrown, consistent care gives the best results.
  • Our fertilizer and weed control applications including treating hardscapes for broadleaf weeds, but will not harm unwanted grasses.  The Total Control Package is only needed if you are dealing with unwanted grasses.

  • Weed control works on broadleaf weeds above ground. New growth may emerge, so consistent care gives the best results.
  • We also treat unwanted broadleaf weeds in rock/mulch beds, sidewalk cracks, and gravel parking pads.
  • Some tough weeds such as plantain, clover, Creeping Charlie, and Canada Thistle will not be fully controlled by a single application.

Aeration

Aerating your lawn removes soil plugs to improve water, oxygen, and nutrient flow, helping you achieve a thicker, healthier lawn. 

  • We perform this service in the fall to maximize root growth and help cool-season grasses recover. Spring simply doesn’t offer the same benefits.
  • We clean up any cores on your sidewalks and driveway.
  • It is cheaper than renting the equipment yourself.

Total Control (one-Time)

The Total Control (One-Time) service is designed for non-turf areas where weeds and unwanted grass have taken over.

  • 1 Total Control Treatment (any month) to control both weeds and grass.
  • Not to be used on your turf, this application will clean up your rock/mulch beds, sidewalk cracks and gravel parking pads of all unwanted vegetation including grass.
  • Total Control works on all unwanted vegetation above ground. New growth may emerge. Luckily, grasses re-establish themselves much slower than other broadleaf weeds.
  • Our fertilizer and weed control applications including treating hardscapes for broadleaf weeds, but will not harm unwanted grasses. Total Control (One-Time) is only needed if you are dealing with small amounts of unwanted grasses. If your hardscapes are badly overgrown, the Total Control Package would be more appropriate.

2. We Review & Respond

We review your request and assess your needs. If the job is straightforward, we’ll send an invoice and schedule your service right away. If additional details are required, we’ll reach out with questions or arrange an on-site assessment before invoicing.


As a growing local business, we’re always happy to meet clients in person to provide peace of mind and ensure expectations are clear before work begins.


Prepayment is not required for booked services; however, we offer a 5% discount for clients who choose to prepay.


Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, or cash at the door (please note we typically do not carry change).

3. Notification Before Service

You’ll receive a text or email 48 hours in advance.
No need to be home during service.

4. Prep Your Lawn

Before we arrive, please:

    • Pick up loose items (toys, hoses, tools, debris)
    • Unlock gates for access
    • Keep pets indoors
    • Mow if grass is taller than 4 inches (avoid mowing the day of treatment)
    • Large furniture/trampolines can stay—we’ll spray around them

5. During the Service

We’ll knock on your door to say hello (if you’re home), then begin in the backyard and work toward the front.
Treatments usually take 5–15 minutes.
Once complete, you’ll receive a text or email confirming service is done (unless we saw you in person).

6. After the Service

    • Stay off the lawn until it’s dry—2 to 4 hours is typically safe
    • Wait 24 hours before mowing or watering
    • Weeds begin to curl within 24 hours and are fully controlled within 2 weeks

7. Ongoing Care

If you booked a package, we return every 4 to 6 weeks for your next treatment—keeping your lawn healthy, green, and weed-free all season long.
